3 Practical steps for a slave after breaking up

Remove access

Throughout a Master/slave relationship, you might have given access to the Master for many things; these include:

  • Account information for recon
  • Access to Cloud systems such as iCloud
  • Location tracking – using a phone system such as Apple Find Me, or some other tracking software
  • Access to security cameras
  • Shared documents such as a journal
  • Finances
  • Passwords

You need to go through and remove access to these as and when you remember. This is to protect yourself in case the Master decides to abuse the access you have given. But it is also a way to distance yourself from the Master.

Get support

Get in touch with friends and support groups – Master/slave Lifestyle has a support group here – for them to help in this process.

Think about finding a kink-friendly/knowledge therapist or coach to help. (Also check on my podcast on mental health for advice)

Find joy

A typical reaction with some slaves is to avoid the joy as they feel like they do not deserve it. You do deserve it, especially now. Pick up on other hobbies that give you joy.

If you are unsure what hobby you can do, think back to your childhood memories and pick up a hobby from then that you enjoyed.

Do you want to go deeper?

Are you ready to transform, go deeper and truly begin?
